Plugin Alliance, Brainworx, and iZotope are now part of Native Instruments

The Soundwide adventure is history, Plugin Alliance, Brainworx, and iZotope are now part of Native Instruments.

There has been a lot of negative flavored news about Native Instruments in recent years. About layoffs, the bad ending of Absynth 5, etc. In April 2022, Native Instruments joined the Soundwide supergroup with other companies supported by the same investor.

This start-up confused many people. Also, the marketing doesn’t seem to have worked either. The companies have probably noticed this as well. Soundwide is history as of today, now all these companies are part of Native Instruments.

Plugin Alliance, Brainworx, And iZotope Are Now Part Of Native Instruments

After the Moog merger with inMusic, it continues today. Well, this union has been known since 2022. Now again, in a new form and even deeper cooperation says the companies.

According to the individual companies, all brands will continue to sell their products independently. That means on individual websites. They are simply creating a tighter bond with Native Instruments.

They are working on a unified login for all the accounts across the brands, so you don’t have to remember multiple sets of login details. This will be done via the Native Access platform as the preferred destination for installing and authenticating a broader range of products, reducing the need for multiple product installation tools.

Then, it will also harmonizes the support. You will get access to one customer care center to get the support you need across all product lines from NI, iZotope, Plugin Alliance, and more. Explore more tightly connected experiences and technologies across our products, says NI. These changes are for the future, but there are always new things coming this year.

I hope it stays with this name and not that we find another one in 6 months. The confusion is big enough.
