Happy Birthday! Bastl Instruments celebrates its 10th anniversary with a big synth raffle and a party in Brno (Czech Republic).
In 2013, Václav Peloušek and Ondřej Meta founded Bastl Instruments in Brno. This arose from the project Standuino that both of them founded in 2011. In the early years, the developers worked a lot with the Arduino platform and, among other things, released the portable, colorful Trinity Synth series or the Microgranny.
This was followed by Eurorack modules with unique-looking wood front panels, the Rumburack complete system… Standalone synths were also added, such as the Softpop, or the super popular Kastle. They have been doing this work for ten years, and it is celebrated in a big way in October.
Bastl Instruments 10th Birthday Raffle
The 10th birthday is celebrated festively. Bastl Instruments is hosting an online synth raffle. You can win a lot of things, new but also vintage Bastl synths:

You can participate in the Bastl Instruments 10th anniversary raffle by purchasing one or more tickets for 5,99€. Plus, you need to answer a simple question: “how many units of Microgranny have we sold since 2013? According to Bastl Instruments, the 34 closest estimates win the prizes. Adding more tickets to the cart at once does not buy you a bigger chance to win – only tickets paired with estimates do so.
They will examine the entered answers and announce the winners on Tuesday, 10th of October, 2023.
Bastl Party
Bastl Instruments will also celebrate its 10th birthday with a big party in Brno. This will take place on October 7th, 2023 in Brno. First, in the Bastl Instruments HQ (11 AM-3 PM) with soldering workshops and at 4 PM with a party with live music in the CO.LAB Brno.
