Charango is a new virtual instrument for the Spire Audio app is the latest addition to Spitfire’s free sample library LABS series!
Spitfire Audio has released today Charango, a new free virtual instrument in the LABS series.
Overview
The newest chapter in our LABS series is here. Not only is it magnificent — it’s FREE! This charango — an Andean guitar-like instrument — was recorded back in 2006 by Christian Henson on a KM184 mic in his Soho flat, played by his brother Joe. This was the instrument that inspired Christian and Paul to create Spitfire Audio.
This new instrument is again available as a free download for the Spire Audio app plugin for Windows and Mac (VST/VST3/AU/AAX). Beside this new release, it exist also several other free virtual instruments from Spitfire Audio: Soft Piano, Strings, Drums and Amplified Cello Quartet, and Electric Piano.
