Full Bucket Music’s newest free plugin is part of the KVR Audio Developer Challenge and is a unique musical parameter Synthesizer for PC & Mac!
The KVR Audio Challenge, the best-known competition for plugin developers is back and Full Bucket Music is part of it. No wonder! He released today the free MPS Synthesizer for PC & Mac. MPS is not a classical synth plugin with traditional parameters but offers a new way to design sounds. Instead of oscillators, filters.., it use 4 different sound timbres (glass, string, wood and metal) that are accessible in a XY pad. In this musicians can morph through the different timbres and create new sounds.
On top, users get access to a very simple envelope, modulation and a chorus style effect. In my opinion, MPS is an interesting free Synthesizer that comes with a fresh design and concept. He is not the secret weapon for infinite sounds but a small but fine synth with which you can design many cool sounds. From percussive to soundscapes, with MPE a lot is possible. If you like MPS, I invite you to vote for it at the KVR Audio Developer Challenge 2018.
