With Sawrizor Sugar Audio shows a Synthesizer plugin (PC/Mac) where it is all about manipulating and combining saw waveforms.
Synthesizers often have a large selection of waveforms. Sawrizor is not like that, it only has sawtooth waveforms that can mix in an interesting way. It features two high-quality saw oscillators that each include different generators (new saw combinations & recorded hand-made audio material) with mixing abilities. Both units have voice unison features with detune, mix, and other sound fattening abilities.
The sub-oscillator adds punch and more character to the sound. Here you can choose not only a saw but also three different sine drive, triangle, and square waveforms. According to the developer, the synth is aliasing free and allows up to 8x oversampling for SNRs. Further, it features analog-modeling resonance/damp filters and an EQ section. Three effects (chorus, delay, and reverb effects) are onboard to enrich and refine the sound.
