Every year at the Moogfest, Moog offers to a little group of musicians a special limited edition electronic music instrument. Customers can only get these amazing device when they sign up for the Moog VIP engineering workshop. Last year, per example the company released the Brother from Another Mother (BFAM) Synthesizer, a stripped down version of the Mother 32 Eurorack Synthesizer. This version comes only with one oscillator, noise generator, 8-step analog sequencer and 16 patch points.
For this year, Moog have announced the DFAM (Drummer From Another Mother) and is only available to the participants of the VIP engineering workshop. We don’t know if this will be a desktop drum Synthesizer or something for Eurorack. I think a lot of musicians will looking forward to see what the DFAM will be.
