Tweak Pack is a new patch library for the Synth Anatomy community with 50 free patches for the Baby Audio Synthesizer plugin.
This year’s SynthFest and Superbooth 23 video coverage was kindly supported by Baby Audio—the developer of numerous high-quality effects and now a Synthesizer plugin, the BA-1.
Working with Baby Audio, I also wanted to return something to the Synth Anatomy community. They are the ones watching the videos. So I came up with the idea of making a free library with fresh patches for the new BA-1 Synthesizer. It is called Tweak Pack and is available now.
The Baby Audio BA-1 is a recent Synthesizer plugin for macOS, Windows, and iOS based on the famous Yamaha CS01. A portable vintage synth that scored particularly well because of its simplicity and beautiful sound. Baby Audio has emulated the character and feature set but also continued it.
BA-1 comes with all the best-known features but also with a second oscillator for more sound design fun, a multi-effects processor, a unique battery function… and, of course, polyphony.
Tweak Pack is a free library with 50 free sounds for the BA-1 plugin. These were created through jams and engine explorations. You can find basses, leads, drones, pads, keys, FX, and percussive sounds. You can download the sounds and load them in the plugin. They are compatible with all three platforms, macOS, Windows, and iOS.
There is a sound preview in the latest Synth News episode. Yes, the video with the guy making a crazy face. But there is another reason for this.
Baby Audio BA-1 is available now for an introductory price of $49 (51% OFF) instead of $99 (reg. price). It runs as a VST, AU, and AAX plugin on macOS (Intel + native Apple Silicon) and Windows. The iOS version is available now for an introductory price of $19,99 and runs on iPhones and iPads standalone and as an AUv3 plugin.
The Tweak Pack is available as a free download from the Synth Anatomy sound shop. You can also donate something to support the work—big thanks in advance.
