Hardware DEAL: save up to 34% OFF on the Behringer Eurorack GO 2×140 HP Eurorack case in Europe, UK and the US.
With the Eurorack GO, Behringer has a large Eurorack case in its portfolio with lots of space (2x120HP), power, and for a very affordable price. But this has gone down significantly.
When regularly looking for deals in the shops on the net, I noticed that the Eurorack GO case is available at a much lower price. In Europe, the price fell by 25% from €329 to €249, in the US by 34% from $349 to $229, and in the UK by 33% from £329 to £219 (Amazon). These are significant price discounts on the Eurorack case. No info on why they dropped the prices; maybe an Mk2 is in the works?

Behringer Eurorack Go Quick Impression
At the beginning of the year, I purchased a Behringer Eurorack GO case for 273€ (ex VAT). “How dare you? ” Well, it’s simple. I needed an affordable case with tons of space for my unused modules. Leaving them on the table wasn’t an option. And building my custom case was not an option. I have the ultimate version of left hands.
With the same size, an alternative case would have cost me 2 or 3 times more. It was my first Behringer purchase in a very long time. But I think I bought it too early. I think the synth god has now punished me for that, hehe.
I’ve been using the Eurorack GO for two months. So far, so good. I’m happy with the processing quality and the power supply. This is a critical point in every Eurorack case. It should have a lot of power and should be calm at the same. It is both; it has juice and is quiet.
Downers are the odd power supply specification (13V) (in the case of replacements) and the somewhat strange power distribution system. It’s not an issue but not what you know from other cases. Each bus in the GO has a different performance capacity. This is only mentioned in the manual. Before you mount your modules and turn the case on for the first jam, check the manual (RTFM!).
Behringer also uses sliding nuts in the Eurorack GO, which wasn’t the best decision either. Especially if you install and remove your modules a lot. This can get annoying in the long run. But you can tailor rails and thus banish the sliding nuts party from the Eurorack GO case.
Yes or No?
All in all, I am satisfied with the Eurorack GO. Yes, it’s heavily based on the TipTop Audio Mantis. Some even describe it as a clone or ripoff. Since it doesn’t have the same dimensions and specifications, I see less of a problem here.
The sliding nuts and the somewhat odd power distribution are slight downers, but for the current price (248€/$229), it’s unbeatable if you need more space for the best price or want to get into the Eurorack at a reasonable price. So yes, I can recommend the Behringer Euroack GO and more for this price. And you can never have enough space for more modules.
Behringer Eurorack GO is available now for 248€ (down from 325€ (23,38% OFF)) in the EU and, respectively, $229 (down from $349 (34% OFF)) in the US.

That is simply the price as it was before the pandemic, inflation blah blah…
The pre-order price was 259€ in 2020 then it goes up to 279€, and the highest was 329€ in Germany. So it’s now 10€ lower than the release price 😉
