EU News: Groove Synthesis has announced that the CE evaluation for the new 3rd Wave hybrid wavetable Synthesizer is in progress.
Shortly before NAMM 2022, the previously unknown company Groove Synthesis caused a big surprise. Without much teasing, the 3rd Wave Synthesizer was announced, a new hardware hybrid wavetable Synthesizer. An instrument that brings back the analog/digital spirit of the PPG Wave but also leads into the modern.
Shipping is scheduled for August, however, there is a delay with this to Europe. This is currently due to the missing CE marking. They mean that the manufacturer or importer affirms the good’s conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards. Today Groove Synthesis released a positive update on it.
Groove Synthesis 3rd Wave, CE Evaluation
According to Groove Synthesis, the 3rd Wave wavetable Synthesizer is currently being tested for CE certification so that they can make it available outside of the United States. The certification process can take several weeks.
This is very good news for anyone interested in the 3rd Wave Synthesizer from Europe. Once this is done, the way is clear for a distributor to bring the to the dealers.
