In the past months, Fred Anton Corvest has made a name for very good iOS music apps with AUv3 support. A vintage chorus (FAC Chorus), a clever utility app (FAC Maxima) up to the first Transient Designer for iOS (FAC Transient)
Today, he announced that all the FAC iOS apps are now available for macOS in the AU format.
Overview
The plugins are based on the new AUv3 technology by Apple which is currently supported by Logic Pro X, Garage Band and Hosting AU. The following plugins are now available as plugin for macOS.
- FAC Transient – a transient designer that lets you design the attack and sustain stages of your instruments.
- FAC Chorus – high-quality effect inspired by chorus effects built-in vintage Synthesizers.
- FAC Maxima – a intelligent limiter/compressor.
