Deal: for a limited time, you can get the Waldorf Largo 2 wavetable Synthesizer plugin for $59 instead of $149 (60% OFF).

At the end of 2023, Waldorf surprised the soft synth community with the Largo 2 Synthesizer plugin, featuring new functionality, a new UI, modern computer compatibility, and more.

Almost a year and a half later, the first big sale on the plugin is here. Audio Plugin Deals has launched a limited-time deal on the Waldorf Largo 2 Synthesizer, offering it for $59 instead of $149.

For a long time, Audio Plugin Deals had the Largo 1 on a no-brainer sale for $29.99, even after the release of Largo 2. So you could buy the version and the Waldorf update for just under 67€.

For the first time, there is now a deal where you can get the Waldorf Largo 2 for $59. So, it’s a better deal than my upgrade trick from 2023. For people who own the Largo 1, the upgrade remains the better deal; for anyone who doesn’t yet have the plugin, this deal is the more attractive one.

The Largo 2 has the unique cold Waldorf sound. You have to like it. It’s positive to see that the Largo synth lives on. The new filters make it more versatile, and using it again on modern computers is neat. However, even almost two years after its release, I’m still not a fan of the new white or black user interface.
