It’s always nice to hear that small software companies are working diligently on new music plugins. One of these developers comes from Japan and bears the name HY-Plugins. Beginning with Max4Live devices, he now also develops very detailed plugins with very own features something he made always in the M4L instruments and effects.
Today, HY Plugin announced the official release of new multi-band multi-fx plugin for Mac and Windows than includes 20 different effects types. In detail, HY-MBMFX splits the incoming signal into 3 bands, which can be processed separately and each band has 5 effects slots where you have 20 effect types available for each slot. A powerful new plugin with a lot of sound design options.
As usual for HY Plugins, a free version with one effect slot per band is also available for download. It’s a new free plugin that allows to test some of the features of the big brother.

HY-MBMFX for Windows and Mac (VST/AU) is now available for $42 USD. As usual for HY Plugins, a free version with one effect slot per band is also available for download.
Beside this release, HY-Plugins also announced HY-MPS sequencer v.1.1.5 with new features. He adds a custom scale function and fixed a sync issue caused by global speed function. This update apply only to the full version. Also he announced that MBDrive is now officially discontinued.
