Novation has published the free sample pack expansion for Circuit Rhythm users while worldwide retailers have dropped the price to $299/299€ for Black Friday.
The original Circuit groovebox was a big success for Novation. For many users, It is one of the most intuitive and hands-on groovebox on the market. Circuit Tracks, the successor, carried on this concept but in a redesigned form with clever additional functions. For example, they added 5-pin MIDI sockets as well as a rechargeable battery instead of the battery compartment. This also made the device flatter than the original.
With the Circuit Rhythm, Novation ventured into new areas in 2021. This offshoot is the first circuit that is completely based on samples. Instead of the classic nova synth engine, each track features a sampler with the ability to sample and re-sample in real-time. For those who prefer ready-to-use samples in their CR, you can download over 500 new sounds for free. And for Black Friday, you can save big on the hardware.
Novation Circuit Rhythm Sample Expansion Pack
Novation has released the Circuit Rhythm Sample Expansion Pack, a free collection that features over 550+ new, royalty-free samples for the Circuit Rhythm. The sounds range from vinyl samples and soulful chords to slick beats and organic instrumentation. There are six different sound packs included:
- Coastline Bliss – “Drift away to a golden coastal sunset” with these grainy vinyl samples and tight beats.
- Trap Hop – Filled with dark hip-hop influences, with warped sound design and tight Trap beats.
- East Coast Soul – East Coast Soul offers a set of electric pianos, vibrant chord progressions, and shimmering digital leads.
- Wonky Hip Hop – A chilled collection of guitars, tight hip-hop beats, and smooth bass lines.
- Neo Soul – features a rich set of organic instrumentation, laid-back beats, and top lines.
- Daybreak Trap – This bass-heavy pack blends chill guitar melodies with deep sub-basses and trap beats.
