Deal: for a limited time, you get the Air MPC Instrument Collection with six plugins (DAW/hardware) for $99,99 instead of $499,99 (80% OFF).
The standalone Akai MPC and Force groovebox series can be expanded using plugins. Air Music Tech, an inMusic company, offers a wide range of virtual instruments and effects plugins fully compatible with the hardware MPC/Force ecosystem.
Anyone just starting with extra plugins can get a whole arsenal at a much lower cost. Sweetwater has an exclusive limited-time deal on the Air MPC Instrument Collection with six plugins for just $99,99 instead of $499,99.
Air MPC Instrument Collection
The Air MPC Instrument Collection is a bundle of six virtual instrument plugins that run as VST plugins on macOS/Windows and are fully compatible with the hardware MPC/Force ecosystem.
At $99,99, that’s $16,67 per plugin. Indeed, it’s not a bad deal, considering that each plugin usually costs between $50 and $200.
The bundle boosts your hardware MPC/Force with over 5GB of fresh content, six plugins, and over 5,000 new preset sounds, ranging from classic sounds (piano, strings, etc.) to FM synth sounds.
It includes the Fabric Collection XL, a multi-sample-based virtual instrument with two sample layers, a percussion layer, built-in effects, and more.
The Fabric Collection XL ships with thousands of presets and over 3GB of sound content, ranging from twisted dark motion pads to droning sub-basses and from guitars, plucks, pianos, and EPs to classic poly and lead synths
FM Synthesizer & More
Then, OPX-4, an advanced 4-operator FM Synthesizer, is also part of the Air MPC Instrument Collection deal.
It uses a 4-operator FM engine powered by a 32-slot FM mod matrix and creative features like wave looping, sample offset, and multimode filters. On top of that, you can work with various modulators (envelopes, LFOs…) and get built-in effects (compressor, EQ, delay, reverb…) to refine your sounds.
Fans of classic key sounds will find the right sounds for their MPC/Force in the Stage series with the Stage EP and Stage Piano. The Stage EP features five multi-sample instruments based on three legendary electric pianos: Rhodes, Wurli, and Hohner Pianet.
Stage Piano, on the other hand, includes multi-layer sample sets from three legendary pianos: Yamaha C7, Steinway D, and Bechstein Upright. As a bonus, it also includes the Workstation model, which gives you sounds from Air’s Xpand!2 virtual instrument plugin.
That’s not all. Air MPC Instrument Collection also features a fully featured Organ plugin with ten tonewheel sets, including Real, Dirty, Clean, Rich, Bright, Buzz, Square, Saw, Soft, and Sine.
Each model can be customized with the nine drawbars and refined with built-in effects, including a scanner vibrato and Leslie rotary speaker emulation.
Further, it also includes Studio Strings, a virtual instrument that brings orchestral sounds to the MPC/Force ecosystem. You can choose between four multi-sampled classic instruments: Bass, Cello, Viola, and Violin. Like the other plugins, they are fully tweakable with various parameters.
Deal Impression
It will be costly to buy the plugins individually for the MPC/Force. That’s for sure, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially at regular prices.
In this case, you can get many plugins at a very fair price, more precisely, $16,67 per plugin. If the bundle had had one more synth, it would have been even more interesting, but the Air MPC Instrument Collection deal is excellent, especially for users who have not yet invested in the plugin ecosystem.
The deal on the Air MPC Instrument Collection is exclusively available at Sweetwater for $99,99 instead of $499,99
