Arturia V Collection 8.2
The macOS users will be happy about the biggest news in the V Collection 8.2 update. It now comes with native support for Apple’s next generation M1 processor. As a result, the plugins will work better with the processor, which in turn will lead to better performances. The best results are achieved when the DAW and plugins are on native M1 support.
Then, the developer expanded the microtuning functionality in four plugins. Clavinet V, Stage-73 V, Piano V, and DX7 V now feature MTS-ESP support, a technology made by OddSound and Aphex Twin. Also the GUI and animations of the plugins got an upgrade. These can be seen in the response time of the V Collection instruments’ 4K interfaces. They are now quicker and smoother thanks to an upgrade to the JUCE 6 framework.
Further, presets fro V Collection 8.2 instrument’s factory libraries now load up to 2 x faster for smoother creative flow.
Nice to see that the V Collection now also runs native on M1 macs.
The new Arturia V Collection 8.2 is available now as a free download for existing customers. V Collection 8 is available with a 50% OFF discount during Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
