Decomposer Sitala is a simple and straightforward designed free drum sampler plugin for PC & Mac!

Back in May, Decomposer released the first alpha version of Sitala, a free drum sampler plugin for PC & Mac. Now the developer released v1. with many new features, a better audio engine and bug fixes.

Sitala’s philosophy is to pack as much musical expressiveness into each of its small number of controls. The shape and compressor pre-compute makeup gain so that changes in dynamics don’t affect volume. The tone control figures out which frequencies to sweep over based on the sound’s content. Turning each knob shows visually how the changes affect the sound.

Decomposer released today Sitala, a free new drum sampler instrument for PC and Mac. The plugin allows you to load own samples and build own kits. Each kit contains 16 sample pads and can be triggered very easily with a MIDI controller.

Each sample can manipulate with several additional controls for shape, compression, tuning and volume. On top, each pad has a solo and mute toggles. The developer invite everyone to test out this new plugin in the alpha version.
