Pittsburgh Modular has released teasers about the upcoming products for NAMM 2019 including a new Eurorack or desktop Synthesizer!

In just over a month is again NAMM Show in the US. If there will be a lot of Synthesizer news, we will see there. I guess less, as more and more small manufacturers travel to Superbooth next year than to NAMM. But Pittsburgh Modular plays the same teaser game with their customers ever year.

This year, they are already showing two teasers of a new Synthesizer product, which will probably be presented at the NAMM 2019. Already for the semi-modular MicroVolt 3900 first videos were shown on Instagram before the fair.

What we can see on this teaser looks like a new Eurorack Synthesizer voice that has a lot of inputs and outputs for cables. From the first snippets, it sounds interesting and guess that they are developing a west-coast inspired synth voice or even desktop-synth for the next NAMM. This year they created the MicroVolt which was a more classic semi-modular Synthesizer but with some west-coast influences. So next year it could be the full west-coast synth, maybe also a concurrent for the Make Noise 0-Coast.

This information is pure speculation from the published teaser videos. Whether it’s Euroack, desktop or even both, we’ll see at NAMM 2019. Also there we probably see the finished layout of the Sequence Designer, which has been completely redesigned since the Superbooth 2018.

Stay tuned for all information from NAMM 2019!
