The feature set of VCV Rack modular Synthesizer have been extended again in v.0.6.2 with a new VCA, module presets, VST FX plugin and other improvements!

Excellent news coming from Andrew Belt, the developer of the VCV Rack open-source free software modular Synthesizer. He has released v.0.6.2 that features useful new features. The biggest news is that the VCV Bridge now includes a VST FX plugin. This means: you can build now your an effect processor rack and use it as VST effect processor.

Further, he added a preset functionality to the module. Sounds strange because modular Eurorack users doesn’t want presets but in software it’s fine. Also a new 1-channel VCA with CV/meter/attenuator and linear/exponential switch has been added as free module for the Fundamental series.
