Audio Damage Dubstation 2
Dubstation 2 is a bucket-brigade modeled delay effect (PC/Mac/Linux) that features two tempo-synced or free-running delay lines with feedback. The plugin offers flexible time controls. You can switch between two delay time ranges including 4 up to 2000 milliseconds. Then, it features low- & high-cut filters with cutoff controls in the delay path that gives you a wide range of timbres.
Audio Damage added some clever new features that make Dubstation 2 a true delay swiss army knife. An LFO for the delay time, a saturation unit, a looper for endless playing sounds as well a reverse mode. With the latter, you can reverse the current contents of its delay memory and the direction in which it records.
All of this is controllable in a simple, scalable GUI that includes a cross-platform preset manager. This means you can use your presets on PC, Mac, Linux as well as on iOS. All in all, DB2 is a great delay plugin that you should not miss. It’s great for classic delayed sounds old school dub vibes, or deep sonic experimentations.
