Behringer has leaked 14 unreleased products on their new website, including the VCX 3, SP-1200, VS-80, and a variety of MIDI controllers.
A week ago, I reported on a leak that occurred on the official new Behringer website. Fourteen unreleased products, complete with official photos, were leaked.
Now, four more synthesizers have surfaced, also with official photos. First, there’s the Hiro Tribe Mini, the mini/groove synthesizer announced in 2022, developed in collaboration with Hiroaki Nishijima, the Korg MS-20 creator.
There hasn’t been an update on it for a very long time, but it seems to be finished, as the leaked page shows official pictures of it. Behringer describes it as a portable analog Synthesizer with two DCOs, a drum machine, and a sequencer.
Images of the D Mini, the mini version of the Model D with full MIDI CC support, have also surfaced. It was already shown at NAMM and is therefore expected to be released soon.
Two more keyboard synthesizers have also surfaced. One is the Kobol Keyboard, which was already finished and went into production in 2023. However, there have been no updates since. Based on these images, it’s possible that it, too, is nearing release.
And the last one is the BX-1, the hybrid FM synthesizer based on the Yamaha DX-1 with analog filters. It was shown at NAMM 2025. There has been no news since.
It is not known whether this project is about to be released, but the presence of high-resolution images probably means the project is coming and the design is finalized.
It remains exciting. Stay tuned for more information.

Behringer has been difficult, if not impossible, to reach in recent weeks because the company launched a completely new website.
The rebuild involved some hiccups and glitches. As part of these glitches, Behringer inadvertently leaked 14 upcoming products. Whether it was intentional or not, who knows?
Behringer 14 Unreleased Products
14 unreleased products—yes, that’s how many new products were shown on the still-unfinished Behringer website. Looking at the website today, these products are no longer there. Thanks to some diligent Reddit users, screenshots were taken of these.
Among the 14 unreleased items are products announced some time ago and others that haven’t been announced at all.
Let’s start with the synthesizers. On the front, you can see the VCX 3, the long-awaited clone of the EMS VCS 3. You probably remember that Sweetwater canceled pre-orders for the VCX 3, stating that the synth wouldn’t be released.
Well, now it’s reappeared on their website, suggesting it might be coming after all. We will see.
Next to this, the AKS Mini appeared, the $99 mini 3VCO paraphonic Synthesizer based on the EMS VCS3 circuitry. This was announced back in 2023. This one also seems to be coming soon.
Not quite in the photo, but next to the Behringer VC340, there was also a placeholder for the VS-80, which is presumably the analog clone of the legendary Yamaha CS-80 polyphonic Synthesizer. It’s been a long time since the last update, but it seems it’s on the way.
Also appearing on this leak list is the 1601 Sequencer, a Eurorack clone of the ARP 1601 step sequencer, which has been announced since December 2021. Judging from the photos, it seems to be about to be released.
Samplers & Drum Machines
Those were the unreleased Behringer Synthesizer-based products. There are more, such as samplers and drum machines. One thing is particularly striking.
According to leaked information, Behringer is working on a replica of the SP-1200. So far, there are no pictures, only the name SP-1200 and the info: “classic hybrid 12/24-bit stereo sampler with analog filter, sample recording and…”
I expect the SP-1200 will be released in the same format as the LM Drum (Thomann) and the BMX (Thomann), which would make sense. The second product, which has also not yet been announced, is the RD-765.
The leaked info says: the RD-765 is a classic hybrid sampling drum machine with XX drum sounds, sample recording, 64 steps… Some are speculating whether it might be a hybrid of the Roland 707 and 626/505.
The description sounds more like an original drum machine with sampling than a vintage clone, but we will see what it turns out to be. There is more information about the next one.
In mid-June 2024, Behringer posted photos of a clone of the Korg Mini-Pops 7 drum machine. It now appears to be nearing release. The first images show the Mini Pops 7 clone in the same format as the RD-6 drum machine.
It’s a classic analog drum machine with 13 drum sounds, a 16-step sequencer, and distortion, says the leaked information. Based on the pictures, I think the release is not far away.
New MIDI Controllers
Interestingly, half of the 14 unreleased products are MIDI controllers. It seems Behringer is planning to challenge the market dominated by Arturia, inMusic, and Novation with a wave of new MIDI products.
The first leaked product will be the AQ64, a USB/MIDI clip launcher with an 8×8 clip-launch matrix and 20 multi-purpose knobs. It seems they have an Akai APC 40 competitor in the pipeline.
Then there’s a placeholder for the long-awaited BCR32 MIDI controller with 32 multi-purpose encoders and a 32-step sequencer. I hope it comes out this year.
Behringer’s Keystep copy, called Swing, is based on the discontinued original Keystep MK1. It seems Behringer is also working on a new version of the Swing, called JAM.
The leaked info says: JAM is a 32-key USB MIDI controller keyboard with 64-step polyphonic sequencing, chord… We’ll see how this differs from the Swing.
Besides that, you’ll find the JAM PLAY, a 32-key USB MIDI controller keyboard with 128 instruments and drum sounds and 64-step sequencing. This concept was already teased in December 2022 under the name Groove Key.
Back then, it was shown as an Arturia Keystep Pro copy; here, it’s the shape of the Swing or the upcoming JAM. Listening to synth communities, many people are asking for a large MIDI keyboard with polyphonic aftertouch.
More Keyboards
Behringer seems to be working on that as well. The Polykeys PK61 is a 61-key USB MIDI controller keyboard with velocity and polyphonic aftertouch, ribbon controller, and more.
Given the number of images, this product also appears to be in the pipeline. That would be exciting, as this is a keyboard product many expected from Arturia or Novation.
With the last two unreleased products of the 14, Behringer is trying to offer an alternative to the Akai MPK Mini and MPK Mini Play.
The QT32 is a new 32-key USB MIDI controller keyboard with eight drum pads, 12 assignable controls, and a four-axis joystick (yellow). The QT32-Play is apparently the same keyboard but with 138 instrument and drum sounds.
Behringer 14 Unreleased Products First Impression
Fourteen new products – that’s a lot. If they’re all ready for release, there will be a real deluge of new Behringer products in the near future.
I’m curious to see the order in which these products will be released. Especially when the VCX 3 and the VS-80 will be available.
