Let’s kick off the SynthFest France 2026 video coverage with a big Synthesizer tour of all booths, featuring both big players and small independent developers.
We’d been looking forward to it for so long, and now it’s over so quickly. SynthFest France 2026 is history. It was once again a fantastic Synthesizer event with international and national names, but also plenty of friendly, family atmosphere.
I was there for all three official days and captured lots of new synth news on video. But I’ll start this year’s coverage with a tour of SynthFest France 2026 to give you an overview of what the event looked like.
This year, SynthFest France was held for the first time at the Center de Congrès de la Fleuriaye in Carquefou (Nantes), a new building with a significantly larger capacity. It allowed the organizers to accommodate more developers than last year.
This also had a positive impact on the entire event. Visitors were more spread out throughout the building, so the main expo wasn’t as crowded as last year.
The exhibition was spread across two rooms and the hallway. They were once again packed with both hardware and software synthesizers and other music production devices.
Major players like Novation, Sequential, Oberheim, Korg, Akai, and even Roland (for the first time), with their own booth, were present.
In addition to the big players, SynthFest France 2026 also welcomed many small or boutique companies and developers who do it all out of passion and in their free time, like NRSynth, SYNTR, and others.
