UVI Mosaiq 26 is a major upgrade to its smart music production toolbox virtual instrument, with new sound content making it sonically richer.

Last year in February, UVI released the Mosaiq virtual instrument for their UVI Player and Falcon 2026. Unlike their classic instruments, this is more of a music production toolbox, with ready-to-use sounds, matching chord progressions, beats, etc.

It’s a toolbox designed to spark inspiration and put you on the right production path. Now the journey continues with the UVI Mosaiq 26, featuring plenty of new sources, matching beats, and ready-to-use sounds.

What Is UVI Mosaiq 26?

Mosaiq 26 is the continuation of the UVI Mosaiq virtual instrument from 2025. The core of the instrument is still based on the UVI Falcon and has not changed.

At its core is a fully tweakable multi-sampled engine with plenty of sound source t to explore. Users can play these across eight deeply customizable keytracks.

Next, you can apply up to five interactive effects to your playing, work with a powerful MIDI sequencer engine, and refine the sounds with a multi-FX processor.

One of the key features of Mosaiq 26 is the wide range of ready-to-use chords, chord progressions, drum patterns, and more. These are arranged so they quickly generate ideas and provide a solid foundation.

Then, you can refine your sounds with per-key control over amplitude, filter, pitch, EQ, velocity humanization, and pan. Modulation is also onboard with an LFO and step sequencer.

The built-in arpeggiator, phrase, or note sequencer allows you to create inspiring animations. Mutation and randomization controls will enable you to deepen your motions on both the sound and kit levels.

New In Mosaiq 26

UVI Mosaiq 26 is a major update in terms of sound content. It introduces four brand-new sound collections: Ethereal, Y2K, Broken Beats, and French Club, each bringing its own signature palette of sounds, chords, and production-ready presets.

Alongside the new collections, the new version also expands the instrument with 800+ exclusive presets, 500+ sound sources, and 50+ chord banks across all collections

Also new is the Keys category, offering dedicated keyboard-focused presets in every collection, ideal for expressive playing, improvisation, and musical ideas that don’t rely on a pattern-based workflow.

First Impression

The update came as a complete surprise. However, it’s a nice update. Considering the usual price of sound libraries, the updated price of 39€ for four new libraries, new sound sources, plus extra sounds, seems fair.

UVI Mosaiq 26 is available now for $99/99€ instead of $199/199€. Existing customers can upgrade for $39/39€. Owners of the SonicBundle, which includes Mosaiq (1), receive an additional $10/10€ voucher.

The introductory prices are available now through March 29th, 2026. It offers native 64-bit standalone operation by way of Falcon or the free UVI Workstation, providing comprehensive support for all modern DAWs and simultaneous authorization on up to 3 computers or iLok keys.
