Playing around with a Synthesizer and creating music is great. It’s just as fascinating to watch other musicians and see what they can get out of the instruments you may have yourself.  

This weekend, there’s a livestream you shouldn’t miss if you’re looking for live music to watch from your couch. German modular developer Der Mann Mit Der Maschine organizes the 1.000.000 Beats Stream on YouTube with many great artists.

Der Mann Mit Der Maschine will host the 1.000.000 Beats stream on their YouTube channel. It’s a 36-hour non-stop live modular music stream. They start Saturday, the 14th of March, at noon (CET+1) and run until Sunday evening.

Many modular artists will participate in the stream, many of them you will already know from other Synthesizer events.

It includes performances by Der Mann mit der Maschine, Ströme, Mario Schönhofer feat. Erdung, Matze Sampler, Panic Girl, LACRIMO, Bertolt Meyer, and many more.

Additionally, there will be hours-long jam sessions where artists can collaborate. According to the organizers, they need to keep the beat going until the clock shows 1.000.000.

A great event that shouldn’t be missed if you’re into modular synth music or synth music in general.
