Check out the Leamington Spa Home Made Electronic Music Society video. I really nice group of Synth enthusiasts. Not strictly modular but all kind of Synthesizers are allowed. Really love this kind of groups where people can talk the entire night about different gear, features of the Synths and making music together. Whatever they use big, expensive hardware synths or software based devices.
